Our legal service and fee structure

 

We provide consultations either in person, telephonically or virtually; whichever is convenient to you. 

 

During consultations with us we are able to provide you with the following:

 

1.   Discussions of ways to guide you to possible solutions as to how to tackle your legal problem.

 

2.   Determination of what professional legal assistance you may require and what work would need to be done (if necessary) based on the information you provide to us.

 

3.   Discussions on our discretion to accept the mandate and our legal fees structure thereof; in accordance to our firm’s written client fee and mandate agreement that stipulates our professional rates for the engagement of our services.

 

4.  Provision of an invoice cost-estimate of the deposit required to be paid into our trust account in respect of the legal fees, in order to open a file and commence work.

 

Moreover, we accept payment in the form of the aforesaid deposit, whereby thereafter a monthly detailed statement will be generated indicating the work done, service rendered by us and/or remaining balance payable.

 

Should you wish to proceed with our legal services and provide us with further instructions, we will then need you to furnish us with the necessary information and/or documentation required in terms of the Financial Intelligence Centre Act, 38 of 2001. (FICA)
